Be it resolved that Report No. ADM2001-12 by Jennifer Zieleniewski, CAO re:
Radar Board funding be received and that Council endorse the request for
funding, that ownership of the radar board be with the O.P.P. for use by the
Township of Orc-Medonte, that partnerships not be explored at this time, and
further that a lap top for the use of the radar board be considered during the
2001 budget deliberations and that this report be adopted.

Be it resolved that Report No. PD2001-08 by Andria Leigh, Township Planner,
re: Proposed Official Plan Amendment for New Recreation Policy be received
and adopted, and that the appropriate By-law be brcught forward for Council
consideration, and further that Official Plan Amendment # 8 be forwarded to the
County of Simcoe for final apprcval.

Be it resolved that the correspondence from the Township of Springwater re: the
Annual Elmvale Maple Syrup Festival Log Sawing Contest Challenge be
received and that Deputy Mayor Craig and Councillor Paul Marshall accept the

Be it resolved that a By-law to adopt Official Plan Amendment NO.8 to the
Township of Orc-Medonte Official Plan be introduced and read a first and
second time and numbered By-law No. 2001-21.
Carried.
That By-law No. 2001-21 be read a third time and finally passed, be engrcssed
by the Clerk, signed and sealed by the Mayor.

by the Clerk, signed and sealed by the Mayor.
