In addition, all facilities vital to the operation of the site must be located beyond the 14m setback limit. This includes required parking spaces, loading areas, fire routes and underground services. • The site plan does not show the site access. If the existing access is via Hwy 11, the applicant will be required to show the access dimensions, culvert size and location on the revised site plan. If the access is via a municipal side road, then no new access to Hwy 11 will be permitted. • As part of the review and approval process the applicant will be required to submit 3 copies of a detailed site plan, a SS&G plan, SWMR and a lighting plan and report. All plans and reports must be stamped and signed. Please forward my comments to the applicant and instruct him to contact me for further direction with regards to application forms and fee schedule.
