Law Housekeeping Amendments (EP Zones), that Council waive the notice
provisions for such by-law pursuant to Section 34(17) of the Planning Act,
irrespective of the changes made to the by-law after the holding of the public
meeting on this matter.

to R1(H) Zone, pt. Lot 15, Concession 9 (Medonte) [Thatcher].

Be it resolved that the report to Council from N. McDonald, Meridian Planning
Consultants, dated July 24, 2003, re: Rezoning Application P138/02, Part Lot 15,
Concession 9 (Medonte), Township of Oro-Medonte (Thatcher) be received and
adopted; and that the Clerk bring forward a by-law for Council's consideration to rezone
the Thatcher lands from AlRU Zone to R1 (H) Zone; and that Council waive the notice
provisions for such by-law pursuant to Section 34( 17) of the Planning Act, irrespective of
the changes made to the by-law after the holding of the public meeting on this matter.

read a first and second time and numbered By-law No. 2003-075.

That By-law No. 2003-075 be read a third time and finally passed, be engrossed by
the Clerk, signed and sealed by the Mayor.

introduced and read a first and second time and numbered By-law No. 2003-076.
Carried.
Mayor Craig left the room and Deputy Mayor Dickie assumed the Chair. Mayor
Craig reassumed the Chair before the third reading was carried.
That By-law No. 2003-076 be read a third time and finally passed, be engrossed by
the Clerk, signed and sealed by the Mayor.
