Motion No.5 Moved by Fountain, Seconded by Marshall Be it resolved that Report No. EES 2003-047, Keith Mathieson, Director of Engineering/Environmental Services, re: Double R Performance - Request for Release of Site Plan Securities - Lot 20, Concession 9, Township of Oro- Medonte be received and adopted, that the Treasurer be authorized to release the Site Plan securities to Double R Performance in the amount of $4,837.75 and further that Mr. Roberts be notified of Council's decision. CONFIRMATION BY-LAW NO. 2003-097: Motion No. 13 Moved by Hough, Seconded by Dickie Be it resolved that a by-law to confirm the proceedings of the Council meeting held on Wednesday, September 17, 2003 be introduced and read a first and second time and numbered By-law No. 2003-097.
