2009-078 for the zoning provisions which apply to lands within Part of Lots 8
and 9, Concession 12 (Former Township of Oro), now in the Township of Oro-
Medonte (Hillway Equipment Ltd. 2009-ZBA-02)".

as lands as follows: Part Lot 8, Concession 14,
Medonte as in R0749098, Oro-Medonte being all
of PIN 58521-0071 LT, 3040 Townline 4346-020-
004-18802-0000 Township of Oro-Medonte,
County of Simcoe.
