THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO-MEDONTE
BY-LAW NO. 2000-7
Being a By-Law to Authorize the Issuance of a Certificate of Substantial
Completion and Acceptance (Aboveground Works) for Scott Silo Construction
Limited (Sprucewood Estates - Phase 2 and 3, Plan 51 M-535).
WHEREAS Council for the Corporation of the Township of Oro-Medonte entered into a
Subdivision Agreement for Sprucewood Estates - Phase 2 and 3, Plan 51 M-535.;
AND WHEREAS the requirements of this Subdivision Agreement with respect to the
aboveground works have now been met;
NOW THEREFORE the Corporation of the Township of Oro-Medonte hereby enacts as
follows:
1. That the Certificate of Substantial Completion and Acceptance for Sprucewood
Estates - Phase 2 and 3 - Aboveground Works may now be issued by the Township
Engineer (R.G. Robinson & Associates) in compliance with the Subdivision
Agreement between the Corporation of the Township of Oro-Medonte and Scott Silo
Construction Limited.
2. That this By-law shall come into force and take effect on the final date of passing
thereof.
By-law read a first and second time this 19th day of January, 2000.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 19th day of January, 2000.

Description ofthe Works:
Roadways in Phase 2 of 3 of Sprucewood Estates Subdivision consisting of
· Nevis Ridge Drive from Phase I limit at Station 0 + 230, southerly to the cul-de-sac, a distance of
217.5 metres (713.58 feet). - PHASE 2
· Jenney Lane from the intersection of Line 9 Oro-Medonte, easterly to the intersection of Nevis Ridge
Drive/Greenshields Crescent; a distance of391 metres (1,282.81 feet). - PHASE 3
We, KG. Robinson and Associates (Barrie) Ltd., notify the Municipality that the above mentioned works
were inspected by us on December 8, 1999, and to the best of our knowledge and judgement, are complete
in accordance with the Subdivision Agreement except for the deficiencies below:
· None
We hereby accept these works for use and operation by the Municipality subject to the rectification of the
above noted deficiencies and to the rectification of any further deficiencies that may become apparent
during the maintenance period and to the maintenance that is require by the Subdivision Agreement.
