THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO-MEDONTE BY-LAW NO. 2000-8 Being a By-Law to Authorize the Issuance of a Certificate of Maintenance and Final Acceptance (Aboveground Works) for Sprucewood Estates - Phase 1 - Plan 51M-535 (Scott Silo Construction Limited). WHEREAS Council for The Corporation of the Township ofOro-Medonte entered into a Subdivision Agreement for Sprucewood Estates - Phase 1 - Plan 51M-535 (Scott Silo Construction Limited); AND WHEREAS the requirements of this Subdivision Agreement have now been met; NOW THEREFORE The Corporation ofthe Township ofOro-Medonte hereby enacts as follows: 1. That the Certificate of Maintenance and Final Acceptance (Aboveground Works) for Sprucewood Estates - Phase 1 - Plan 51M-535 (Scott Silo Construction Limited) may now be issued by the Township Engineer (RG. Robinson & Associates) in compliance with the Subdivision Agreement between The Corporation of the Township ofOro-Medonte and Scott Silo Construction Limited. 2. That this By-Law shall come into force and take effect on the final date of passing thereof. READ a first and second time this 19th day of January, 2000. READ a third time and finally passed this 19th day of January, 2000. Greenshields Crescent from the intersection of Nevis Ridge Drive and Jeremy Lane (Phase III), easterly, then southerly, then westerly to the intersection of Nevis Ridge Drive; a distance of 409.5 metres (1,343.50 feet).
