THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO-MEDONTE
BY-LAW NO. 2000-9
Being a By-Law to Authorize the Issuance of a Certificate of Maintenance and Final
Acceptance (Belowground and Aboveground Works) for Craighurst Estates - Plan 51NI-
510 (Hedbern Development Corporation).
WHEREAS Council for The Corporation of the Township ofF10s entered into a Subdivision
Agreement for Craighurst Estates - Plan 51M-51 0 (The Hedbern Development Corporation);
AND WHEREAS Bill 51, an Act respecting the Restructuring of the County of Simcoe was
passed December 14, 1993 and amalgamating that portion of land upon Craighurst Estates - Plan
51M-510 is situate; .
AND WHEREAS the requirements of this Subdivision Agreement have now been met;
NOW THEREFORE The Corporation of the Township ofOro-Medonte hereby enacts as
follows:
1. That the Certificate of Maintenance and Final Acceptance (Belowground and Aboveground
Works) for Craighurst Estates - Plan 51 M - 510 (The Hedbern Development Corporation)
may now be issued by the Township Engineer (RG. Robinson & Associates) in compliance
with the Subdivision Agreement between The Corporation ofthe Township ofF10s and The
Hedbern Development Corporation.
2. That this By-Law shall come into force and take effect on the final date of passing thereof.
READ a first and second time this 19th day of January, 2000.
READ a third time and finally passed this 19th day of January, 2000.

Description of the Works:
. Roadways in the Craighurst Estates Subdivision consisting of:
. Procee Circle from Simcoe County Road No. 22, northerly, then easterly, then southerly and then
westerly to Procee Circle; a distance of988.23 metres (3,242.22 feet).
. Beacock Road from Simcoe County Road No. 22, northerly to Procee Circle; a distance of
112.24 metres (368.24 feet).
. Pumphouse: Reservoir and building containing all pipework, pressure tanks, chemical pumps, heating,
ventilation and electrical controls including 3 wells onsite;
. Watermain and appurtenances, and streetlights on Procee Circle and Beacock Road.
We, R.G. Robinson and Associates (Barrie) Ltd., notify the Municipality that to the best of our knowledge
and judgement:
1. The Developer named herein has completed the required maintenance work, has rectified known
deficiencies and has fulfilled the other terms of the Subdivision Agreement dated March 20th, 1992.
2. The period of maintenance of this Subdi iSI n Agreement expires on the issuance of this Certificate.
