2009-029 agreement between the Township of Oro-Medonte and Jeff and Susan Waring to Allow for two dwelling
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO-MEDONTE BY-LAW NO. 2009-029 BEING A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO-MEDONTE AND JEFF AND SUSAN WARING TO ALLOW FOR TWO DWELLINGS WHEREAS the Municipal Act, 2001,5.0. 2001, c.25, Section 224, as amended, states that it is the role of Council to ensure that administrative practices and procedures are in place to implement the decisions of Council; AND WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Township of Oro-Medonte deems it desirable to enter into an agreement dated October 8, 2008, for a 12 month period from the date of building permit issuance, with Jeff and Susan Waring to temporarily reside in the existing dwelling which will be demolished after the completion of the new dwelling at 1066 Warminster Sideroad, West Part of Lot 6, Concession 11 (Medonte), Township of Oro-Medonte. NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Township of Oro-Medonte hereby enacts as follows: THAT the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute the Agreement attached hereto as Schedule "A" and forming part of this By-Law; 2.
