The property is designated Residential by the Official Plan, and zoned Residential One Holding (R1 (H)) Zane. The applicant requires a Site Plan Agreement to remove the Holding Provision that is placed on the lands. Township staff have been circulated the Site Plan and no concerns have been identified. 3. 2:45 p.m. LOTS AND BEVERLEY CRAWFORD - SITE PLAN APPLICATION LOT 16, PLAN 79$, CONCESSION 8- TOWNSHIP OF ORO- MEDONTE 29 O'CONNELL LANE The owner is proposing to replace an existing deck with a 17.8 square metre attached deck onto the rear of the existing dwelling. The property is zoned Residential Limited Service *Hold (RLS*H) Zone. As O'Connell Lane is a private road, the owner must enter into a Site Plan Agreement prior to the issuance of a building permit. The property is subject to a Holding Provision which requires completion of a Site Plan Approval and Execution of the appropriate Site Plan Agreement before removal of the Holding Provision by Council and subsequent issuance of a building permit.
