Schedule `A5' to Zoning By-law 97-95, as amended, is hereby further amended by changing the zone symbol applying to the land located in ; Concession 9, Part of Lot 26, in the former geographic Township of Oro, now in the Township of Oro-Medonte, from AgriculturaURural (AtRU) Zone to the Shoreline Residential Exception Holding 179 (SR*179 {H})Zone and the t Environmental Protec#ion (EP) Zone as shown on Schedule `A' attached hereto and forming part of this By-law. ~ 2. Section 7 -Exceptions of Zoning By-law 97-95 as amended is hereby further amended by the addition of the following subsection: ~ "7.179 *179 -Concession 9, Part of Lot 26 {Former Oro) (a) Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 4A - "Use Standards". Table B1 "Standards For Permitted Uses in the R1, R2, RUR1, RUR2 SR and RCS Zones", "Minimum Required Interior Side Yard" for lands denoted by the symbol SR*179 (H) on the schedule to this By-law, the following shall apply: , - The lot abutting 14 Memorial Crescent shall have a minimum required interior side yard of 7.5 metres an the east side of the lot. f f {b) Section 5.28 "Setbacks From limits of Environmental Protection Zone" shall not apply to the lands denoted by the symbol SR*179 {H) on the ; schedule to this By-law."
