THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO-MEDONTE
BY-LAW NO. 2001-128
.
Being a By-Law to Authorize the Issuance of a Certificate of Maintenance and
Final Acceptance (Aboveground Services), Winfull Properties Inc.
WHEREAS Council for The Corporation of the Township of Oro entered into a
development Agreement with Winfull Properties Inc. to construct Winstar Road, Holick
Road and to reconstruct Line 4 South, from Highway 11 to the south limit of Winfull
Industrial Park;
AND WHEREAS Bill 51, an Act respecting the Restructuring of the County of Simcoe
was passed December 14, 1993 and amalgamated that portion of land upon which said
roadways are situate;
AND WHEREAS the requirements of this development Agreement have now been
met;
NOW THEREFORE The Corporation of the Township of Oro-Medonte hereby enacts as
follows:
1. That the Certificate of Maintenance and Final Acceptance (Aboveground Services)
for Winfull Properties Inc. may now be issued by the Township Engineer in
compliance with the development Agreement between The Corporation of the
Township of Oro and Winfull Properties Inc.
2. That this By-Law shall come into force and take effect on the final date of passing
thereof.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 19TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 2001.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS19 DAY OF DECEMBER,
2001.

feet)

WINSTAR ROAD from 4th Line South, easterly to cul-de-sac, a distance of 421.3 metres (1,382.2
feet).
We, R.G. Robinson and Associates (Barrie) Ltd., notify the Municipality that to the best of our knowledge
and judgement:
1.
The Developer named herein has completed the required maintenance work, has rectified known
deficiencies and has fulfilled the other terms of the Subdivision Agreement.
2.
