2001-080 To Rezone Concession 7, Part of Lot 19, Township of Oro-Medonte (formerly Township of Oro), County of Simcoe "':c THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO-MEDONTE BY-LAW NO. 2001-80 A By-law to Rezone Concession 7, Part of Lot 19, Township of Oro-Medonte (formerly Township ofOro), County of Simcoe. . WHEREAS Zoning By-law 1997-95 was enacted to regulate the use of land and the character, location, and use of buildings and structures within the Township ofOro-Medonte; AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Oro-Medonte deems it appropriate to further amend By-law 1997-95, as amended; AND WHEREAS this By-law is in confonnity with the Official Plan of the Township of Oro- Medonte; AND WHEREAS authority is granted pursuant to Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O., 1990 c. P. 13, to the Council of the Corporation of the Township ofOro-Medonte to exercise such powers. NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO-MEDONTE ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. Schedule "AlO" of By-law 97-95 for the Township of Oro-Medonte, as amended, is hereby further amended by rezoning those lands shown on Schedule "A", attached hereto, from the Airport (AP) to a Site Specific Airport (AP* 143) Zone. 2. That Subsection 7 of By-law 97-95 be and is hereby amended by the addition of the following subsection: "7.143 *143 - Part of lot 19, Concession 7 (fonnerly Oro) Notwithstanding any other provision in this By-law, the following provisions apply to the lands denoted by the symbol * 143 on the schedules to this By-law: 7.143.1 Permitted Uses Only the following uses are pennitted: commercial air services (including aircraft storage, maintenance and repairs, sales, fixed based operations) flight training services charter flight services airfreight services and associates storage aeroplane hangars 7.143.2 Zoning Provisions The following provisions apply to all buildings: . (a) Minimum lot area (b) Minimum lot frontage (c) Minimum required front yard (d) Minimum required exterior side yard ( e) Minimum required interior side yard (f) Minimum required rear yard (g) Width of planting strip adjacent to front lot line 0.4 ha (0.98 acres) 50 metres (164 feet) 15 metres (49.2 feet) 5 metres (16.4 feet) 5 metres (16.4 feet) 22 metres (72.2 feet) N/A (h) Width of planting strip adjacent to exterior side lot line (i) Maximum height (j) Minimum number of parking spaces N/A 15 metres (49.2 feet) 1 parking space per 60 square metres of gross floor area . 7.143.3 Exemptions Section 5.10 Frontage on a Public Street does not apply to the lands denoted by the Symbol *143 on the schedules to this By-law." 3. Schedule, "A", attached, fonns part of this By-law. 4. This By-law shall take effect and come into force pursuant to the provisions of and regulations made under the Planning Act, R.S.O., 1990 c.
