""'iw ..11.1 ~. .'"1..:~ t3 6R THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO-MEDONTE BY-LA W NO. 2001-88 A By-law to Rezone West Pa,.t of Lot 9, Concession 14, Plan 51R-23285, Part 1, Township of Oro-Medonte (fOl'merly Township of Medonte), County of Simcoe. WHEREAS Zoning By-law 1997-95 was enacted to regulate the use of land and the character, location, and use of buildings and stmctures within the Township of Oro-Medonte; AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township ofOro-Medonte deems it appropriate to further amend By-law 1997-95, as amended; AND WHEREAS this By-law is in confonnity with the Official Plan of the Township ofOro-Medonte; AND WHEREAS authority is granted pursuant to Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O., 1990 c. P. 13, to the Council of the Corporation of the Township ofOro-Medonte to exercise such powers. NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO- MEDONTE ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. Schedule "A21" of By-Jaw 1997-95 for the Township of Oro-Medonte, as amended, is hereby further amended by rezoning those lands shown on Schedule "A", attached hereto, from the AgricuJturallRural (A/RU) Zone to a Site Specific AgriculturallRural (AlRU*141) Holding Zone. 2. That Section 7 of By-law 1997-95 is hereby amended by the addition of the following subsection: "7.141 - West Part of Lot 9, Concession 14, Plan 51R-23285, Part 1 (fonner Medonte) Notwithstanding any other provision in this By-law, a business office, warehouse, and the assembly of raw materials are pennitted on the lands denoted by the symbol * 141 on the schedules to this By-law. In addition, the following provisions apply: (a) Minimum Lot Area (b) Maximum Floor Area 0.41 ha (1.02 acres) 455.21 square metres (4900 square feet)" 3. Schedule "A", attached, fonns part of this By-Jaw. 4, The Holding Provision shall not be removed from the subject lands until such time as the Site Plan Agreement is executed and registered on title. 5. This By-law shall take effect and come into force pursuant to the provisions of and regulations made under the Planning Act, R.S.O., 1990 c. P. 13. 6. That By-law 2000-17 is hereby repealed.
