TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Ora-Medonte will hold a Public
Meeting on MONDAY, JUNE 23, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Council Chambezs. The purpose of
the public meeting is to obtain public comments on a proposed Temporary Use By -law, under Section 3~ of
the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990 c. P. 1.3.
1'HE PROPOSED Temporary Use By-law is to permit a Garden Suite (Granny Flat} to be located on
lands within 1310 Moonstone Road West, Concession 3, South part of Lot 16 (former Medonte} far a
maximum of 10 years.

ANY PERSON may attend the public meeting andlor make written or verbal representation either in support
of or in opposition to the proposed Amendment. If a person or public body that files azz appeal of a decision
of the Township of Oro-Medonte in respect of the proposed Amendment does not make oral submission at
the public meeting or make written submissions to the Township before the proposed Amendment are
adapted, the Ontario Municipal Board may dismiss all or part of the appeal.
If you wish to be notified of the decision of the Township of Oro-Medonte in respect to the proposed Zoning
By-law Amendment, you must make a written request to the address below.
