2002-013 To amend By-law No. 1997-095, the Zoning By-law for the Township of Oro-Medonte for Part of Lots 1 and 2, Concession 4, Horseshoe Valley Lands Ltd. "'..:. .. [I THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO-MEDONTE BY-LAW NO. 2002-013 . Being a By-law to amend By-law No. 97-95 as amended, the Zoning By-law for the Corporation of the Township of Oro-Medonte with respect to Part of Lots 1 and 2, Concession 4 (Ora) (Horseshoe Valley Lands Ltd.). WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Ora-Medonte is empowered to pass By-laws to regulate the use of land pursuant to Section 34 of the Planning Act, 1990 R.S.O. c. P13. AND WHEREAS the owners of Part of Lots 1 and 2, Concession 4 (Ora), in the Township of Ora- Medonte have filed an application with the Township of Oro-Medonte to amend By-law No. 97-95 as amended; AND WHEREAS the passage of such a by-law will conform with Official Plan Amendment Number 12, which is in effect; AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Ora-Medonte deems it advisable to amend By-Law 97-95 as amended; . NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Ora-Medonte enacts as follows: 1. Schedule A 15 to Zoning By-law No. 97-95 as amended, is hereby further amended by rezoning Part of Lots 1 and 2, Concession 4, from the Agricultural/Rural Exception (NRU*15) Zone to the Residential One Exception 147 Holding Provision (R1*147(H)) Zone and the Open Space (OS) Zone as shown on Schedule 'A' attached to and forming part of this By-law. 2. By-law 97-95 is further amended by adding the following section: *147 Part of Lots 1, and 2, Concession 4 (Oro) Notwithstanding any other provision in this By-law, the following pravisions apply to lands within Part of Lots 1 and 2, Concession 4 and Zoned R1*147 as shown on the schedules to this By-law: Lot # Minimum Lot Frontage Minimum Setback from 3: 1 Slope 1 29 metres 8.0 metres 2 20 metres 8.0 metres 3 66 metres 8.0 metres 4 15 metres 0.0 metres e 5 66 metres 0.0 metres 6 29 metres 0.0 metres e 7 33 metres 18.0 metres 8 33 metres 18.0 metres 9 33 metres 8.0 metres 10 32 metres 0.0 metres 11 33 metres 0.0 metres 12 33 metres 0.0 metres 13 25 metres 0.0 metres 3. This By-law shall come into effect upon the date of passage hereof, subject to the provisions of Sections 34 (30) and (31) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. c. P13. 4.
