P. 13, to obtain public comment with respect to a proposed Amendment to the Zoning By-law, Application 2007-ZBA-06 (Elizabeth May), East Part of Lot 15, Concession 9, municipally known as 696 15/16 Sideroad East, (formerly within the Township of Oro) Township of Oro-Medonte. Notice of the Public Meeting was mailed to landowners within 120m (400 feet) of the specified site on October 25, 2007 and posted on a sign on the subject property on October 25, 2007. The following correspondence was received at the meeting: None. Bruce Hoppe, Director of Building and Planning, explained the purpose and effect of the proposed amendment. The following public members offered verbal comments with respect to the proposed amendment: None. The Deputy Mayor advised that written submissions will be received at the Township offices until November 28, 2007.
