Deputy Mayor Ralph Hough called the public meeting to order at 7:05 p.m. and
explained the Public meeting has been called under the authority of the Planning
Act, Section 34, R.S.O. 1990 c. P. 13, to obtain public comment with respect to a
proposed Amendment to the Zoning By-law, Application 2007-ZBA-06 (Elizabeth
May), East Part of Lot 15, Concession 9, municipally known as 696 15/16
Sideroad East, (formerly within the Township of Oro) Township of Oro-Medonte.
Notice of the Public Meeting was mailed to landowners within 120m (400 feet) of
the specified site on October 25, 2007 and posted on a sign on the subject
property on October 25, 2007.
The following correspondence was received at the meeting: None.
Bruce Hoppe, Director of Building and Planning, explained the purpose and
effect of the proposed amendment.
The following public members offered verbal comments with respect to the
proposed amendment: None.
The Deputy Mayor advised that written submissions will be received at the
Township offices until November 28, 2007. No additional deputations to Council
will be permitted with respect to the proposed amendment.
A digital recording of the meeting is available for review at the Township

Deputy Mayor Ralph Hough called the public meeting to order at 7:09 p.m. and
explained the public meeting has been called under the authority of the Planning
Act, Section 34 and 51, R.S.O. 1990 c.P.13, to obtain public comment with
respect to a proposed Amendment to the Zoning By-Law, Application 2006-ZBA-
04 and proposed Plan of Subdivision , Application 2006-SUB-02 (James and
Kimberley Drury), West Part of Lot 11, Concession 5, (formerly within the
Township of Oro), 1099 Old Barrie Road West, Township of Oro-Medonte.

second time and numbered By-Law No. 2007-121.

That By-Law No. 2007-121 be read a third time and finally passed, be engrossed
by the Clerk, signed and sealed by the Mayor.
