I FOR PROPOSED AMENDMENT ~C'l { TO THE ZONING BY-LAW OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO-MEDONTE 2007-ZBA-06 TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Oro-Medonte will hold a Public Meeting on Wednesday November 14, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Council Chambers. The purpose of the public meeting is to obtain public comments on a proposed amendment to the Zoning By-: law, under Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990 c. P. 13. THE PURPOSE of the Zoning By-law Amendment is to rezone a portion of the lands described as East Part of Lot 15, Concession 9 (former Township of Oro), municipally known as 696 15/16 Sideroad. The subject land is proposed to be rezoned from the Agricultural/Rural (A/RU) Zone to Rural Residential Two (RUR2) Zone. The applicant was granted provisional consent to sever by the Committee of Adjustment on July 19, 2007 (Consent Application 2007-B-20). The rezoning of the subject lands was imposed as a _ condition of consent, which will be added to 590 15/16 Sideroad. As a result of this application, no new building lot is proposed to be created. A KEY MAP illustrating the location of the subject lands is provided below. ANY PERSON may attend the public meeting and/or make written or verbal representation either in support of or in opposi~on to the proposed Amendment. Ida person or public body that files an appeal of a decision of the Township of Oro-Medonte in respect of the proposed Amendment does not make oral submission at the public meeting or make written submissions to the Township before the proposed Amendment is adopted, the Ontario Municipal Board may dismiss all or part of the appeal. If you wish to be notified of the decision of the Township of Oro-Medonte in respect to the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment, you must make a written request to the address below.
