2003-018 By-Law No. 2003-018 to designate certain Plans of Subdivision not to be registerd Plans of Subdivisions within the meaning of the Planning Act RSO 1990 cP13 as amended , . . ( THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ORO-MEDONTE BY-LAW NO. 2003- 18 . BEING A BY-LAW TO DESIGNATE CERTAIN PLANS OF SUBDIVISION NOT TO BE REGISTERED PLANS OF SUBDIVISION WITHIN THE MEANING OF THE PLANNING ACT R.S.O. 1990 c. P. 13, AS AMENDED. WHEREAS it is considered desirable in order to control adequately the development of certain areas within the Township of Oro-Medonte, that certain existing Plans of Subdivision be deemed not to be registered Plans of Subdivision for the purposes of Section 50(3) of the Planning Act RS.O. 1990 c. P. 13, as amended. AND WHEREAS Section 50(4) of the said Planning Act provides for the passing of necessary by- laws designating any Plan of Subdivision or part thereof that has been registered for eight years or more, to not be registered Plans of Subdivision for the purposes of Section 50(3) of the said Planning Act RS.O. 1990 c. P. 13, as amended. NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF . ORO-MEDONTE ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. The following lots on a designated Registered Plan of Subdivision with the Township of Oro- Medonte (formerly Township of Orillia), in the County of Simcoe namely Part Block C, Registered Plan 461, Concession 15, as shown on Schedule "A" attached hereto, are hereby deemed not to be lots on a Registered Plan of Subdivision for the purposes of Section 50(3) of the Planning Act RS.O. 1990 c.P.13, as amended. 2. That Schedule "A" attached hereto forms part of this by-law. 3. This By-law shall come into force and effect subject to the provisions of Section 50(26), (28), and (29) of the Planning Act, RS.O. 1990, c.P. 13 as amended.
