That all municipal taxes be paid to the Township of Oro-Medonte. .....Carried." 2:00 Meeting with Ian Bender, Director of Planning, County of Simcoe (see attached memorandum) In Attendance: Ian Bender, Director of Planning, County of Simcoe Mr. Bender met with the Committee to review a number of matters with the Committee and to explain how the County of Simcoe are involved with the Committee of Adjustment. Mr. Bender explained what types of applications the County would provide comments on in regards to the Greenlands designation and the requirement for an Environmental Impact Study, agricultural and rural residential severances, MDS calculations from agricultural buildings, county roads and road widenings. The Committee had an opportunity to review the process with Mr. Bender and ask any questions that they had. 4.
