p.m.

Seconded by councillor Walter Dickey
THAT the minutes of the meeting of the Township of Oro-Medonte
Planning Advisory Committee held March 14, 1994, be adopted as
circulated.
Carried.
4. CORRESPONDENCE AND COMMUNICATIONS:
Planning Report P-16A/94
There was some discussion regarding the reasons for the rezoning to
clarify the situation for the members.

(a) 7:15 p.m. P-6J94 Mullabrack
Part Lot 28, Concession 3 (Former Township of
oro)
Mr. Delzotto and Mr. Vince Baffa of Evergreen Development
Consulting Engineers appeared before the Planning Advisory
Committee to review the application for an Official Plan
Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment to redesignate Part of Lot
28, Concession 3 from Natural Area (NA) and the Shoreline
Residential (SR) Zones to a Site Specific Natural Area (NA) Zone
and a Shoreline Residential (SR) Zone, to permit five severences
which front on the Ridge Road.

Mr. Baffa outlined the proposed plan to let Mr. Delzotto give a
lot to each of his children with one lot for a groundskeeper.
There was general discussion by the Planning Advisory Committee
members regarding the proposed development as far as driveways,
and the possibility in the future of five entrances onto the
Ridge Road.
(b) 8:00 p.m. P-1/94 Ochrym Residential
Part of Lot 21, Concession 12
Mr. Syd Shrott, Mr. Bill Koughan of Russell, Christie Koughan &
Miller of Orillia and Mr. Richard Hunter of Raymond, Walton,
Hunter of Gravenhurst appeared before the Planning Advisory
Committee to review the application for an Official Plan
Amendment to redesignate Part Lot 21 Concession 12 from the
Agricultural designation to Village Community Residential - Phase
1 to permit the development of a single family residential plan
of subdivision of approximately 34 lots.
There was some discussion by the Planning Advisory Committee
. members regarding the ramifications of proceeding with this
application in light of the upcoming OMB hearing for the Corridor
portion of the OPA 39.

7. RECOMMENDATIONS
Moved by Reeve David Caldwell, and
Seconded by Councillor Murray Martin
It is recommended to Council that Development Application P-6/94
Mullabrack Inc. East Part Lot 28, Concession 3 (Oro) application for
an Official Plan Amendment that this proposal proceed to a public
meeting.
Carried.
Moved by Mayor Robert Drury, and
Seconded by Councillor Walter Dickey
It is recommended to Council that Development Application P1/94 Ochrym
Residential, Part of Lot 21, Concession 12 application for Official
Plan Amendment that this proposal proceed to a public meeting.
Carried.
