Dave Viney P-76/98
Lot 9, Concession 6 (Oro)
Andria Leigh explained the proposal to amend the Official Plan to permit
consents for utility purposes. She explained that the proposed O.P.A.
would deal comprehensively with the issue of consents for utility purposes
rather than on a site by site basis. She indicated that applications had
been received in the past for gas transformer stations which would fall
under the same policy.
Rick Hunter from Raymond, Walton, Hunter and Kelly Best from Telequip
