2. That the lands subject to the lease between the Township of Oro-Medonte
and WEAT Parking Inc. known as Parcel 1 (Parts 2,3,4,5,6,7,8 and 9, RP
51 R-19281) and Parcel 2 (Parts 1,2 and 3, 51 R-18457) be declared surplus
to the needs of the municipality and that the transfer of these lands be
completed prior to January 23, 2007.
3. That Rama Mnjikaning First Nation remit any rental amounts or other arrears
owing to the Municipality prior to the transfer of the subject lands.
4. And Further That the Clerk bring forward the appropriate by-law.
