Neil Craig called the meeting to order and explained the public meeting is to obtain public comment with respect to a proposed Amendment to the Zoning By-law, Application 2006-ZBA-10 (Muriel Jamieson), Part of Lot 20, Concession 1, 555 Line 14 South, (formerly within the Township of Orillia) Township of Oro-Medonte. Notice of the Public Meeting was mailed to landowners within 120m {400 feet) of the specified site on November 2, 2006 and posted on a sign on the subject property on November 2, 2006. The following correspondence was received at the meeting: Simcoe County District School Board dated November 14, 2006; Lake Simcoe Region Conservation Authority dated November 17, 2006. Bruce Hoppe, Director of Building and Planning Services, provided an overview of the purpose and effect of the proposed amendmen#. The following persons offered verbal comments with respect to the proposed amendment: Randy Jamieson. The Mayor advised that written submissions will be received at the Township office until December 6, 2006 and that no additional deputations to Council will be permitted with respect to the proposed amendment. A digital recording of the meeting is available for review at the Township Administration Centre, 148 Line 7 South. There being no further comments or questions, the meeting adjourned at 8:55 a.m.
