for implementation of the LCBO Deposit Return being:
1. The LCBO 2007 Blue Box fees,
2. The LCBO Deposit Return and LCBO Blue payments beyond 2007,
3. Rates of Recovery,
4. Municipal Glass Beneficiation, and
5. LCBO Deposit Return Performance;

referred to staff for a response under the Mayor’s signature before the requested
deadline of November 3, 2006.

2. That Council grants an exemption to Section 5.25 a) of Zoning By-Law No. 97-
95 to permit Brian and Linda Hughes to temporarily reside in a trailer at 2340
Hwy. 11 South, Shanty Bay for a period of twelve months;
3. That the $2,000 deposit fee be waived;
4. And Further That the applicants be notified of Council’s decision.

Ontario Inc. to construct a 70 sq. m. building for storage and renovation of vehicles.

4. And Further That the owner be notified of Council’s decision.
