2. That the setbacks be in conformity with the dimensions as set out in the
application and on the sketches submitted with the application; and;
3. That an Ontario Land Surveyor provide compliance with condition #2.

2. That the applicants contact the Township Building Department to satisfy the

binding, as provided for within the Planning Act RS.O. 1990, c.P. 13.
