P. 51R-23354, PARTS 3 AND 4 79 HEALEY BEACH ROAD ROLL #030-010-11400 Ms. Passfield is proposing to remove an existing 24' x 26' cottage and replace it with a 60' x 48' three bedroom permanent house. As Healey Beach Road is a private road, Ms. Passfield must enter into a Site Plan Agreement prior to the issuance of a Building Permit. Township staff were circulated and provided the following comments: Marilyn: No concerns. Septic approval. Jennifer: No concerns. Mike: Location of new well. Driveway location/septic area. Change of use permit required. ORO DESIGN & MANUFACTURING LTD. - AMENDED SITE PLAN PART LOT 16, CONCESSION 14, PART 9, 51R-19270 325 LINE 13 NORTH ROLL #010-005-20166 The Township entered into a Site Plan Agreement with Oro Design & Manufacturing Ltd. to construct a 2,294 sq.ft. building in 2001. In 2004, an amendment to the Site Plan was approved for an additional 2,000 sq.ft. addition. Oro Design is now proposing another 2,500 sq.ft. addition, as shown on the attached drawing. If staff have no concerns, I will revise the existing Agreement to show the proposed 2,500 sq.ft. addition. '.
