09 20 2005 Site Plan Control Agenda TOWNSHIP OF ORO-MEDONTE SITE PLAN COMMITTEE AGENDA TO BE HELD AT THE ADMINISTRATION OFFICE NEUFELD ROOM @ 9:30 A.M. TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 20, 2005 1. 9:30 a.m. DISCLOSURE OF PECUNIARY INTEREST AND THE GENERAL NATURE THEREOF: - “IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ACT”. 2. 9:35 a.m. JOHN AND DANIELE DIDZBALIS – SITE PLAN APPLICATION 103 BARD’S BEACH ROAD – ROLL #030-010-04600 Mr. and Mrs. Didzbalis are proposing to remove the existing frame cottage and construct a new residential home. As Bard’s Beach Road is a private road, Mr. and Mrs. Didzbalis must enter into a Site Plan Agreement. Township staff were circulated for comments and had no concerns. 3. 9:50 a.m. BARRIE DRIVE-IN THEATRE – SITE PLAN APPLICATION 134 LINE 4 SOUTH – ROLL #010-008-05900 The Barrie Drive-In Theatre is proposing to add one more 15.8 m x 7.3 m projection screen, for a total of four screens. The work includes relocation of the existing driveway, box offices, and grading for 262 parking spaces. Township staff have been circulated and provided the following comments: Marilyn: Line of site for screen to Hwy. #11. Keith: Protection of tree line along proposed new driveway at south limit of property. M.T.O.: Has no objections to the proposal. N.V.C.A.: Has no objections to the proposal. Page 2 – Site Plan Committee Agenda (September 20, 2005) 4. 10:15 a.m. HEIGHTS OF HORSESHOE TOWNHOUSES – PHASES II AND III – SITE PLAN APPLICATION Heights of Horseshoe are proposing to construct Phase II (13 units) and Phase III (15 units) of their townhouse development (revised drawings to be presented at meeting). Township staff and R.G. Robinson & Associates Ltd. were circulated for comment: Keith: M.O.E. Certificates of Approval required for water and storm management ponds. Comments included in remarks by R.G. Robinson. There were no other concerns from Township staff. R.G. Robinson & Associates Ltd.: Had a number of comments and concerns that have been sent to the Developer’s Engineers, who have indicated all concerns would be addressed. N.V.C.A.: Comments to follow.
