NATURE THEREOF: - “IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ACT”.
2. 9:35 a.m. THOMAS CHILLMAN – SITE PLAN APPLICATION
971 LINE 7 SOUTH
Mr. Chillman is proposing to construct a 40’ x 30’ addition to
an existing garage at 971 Line 7 South.
Township staff have been circulated and have the following
comments:
Andria: Has applied for rezoning to “Local
Commercial Zone”.
Zoning By-law Amendment to be presented
to Council at the same time as Site Plan.
Parking – 2 spaces for house
– 10 spaces for business
Marilyn: Rezoning of property.
Jerry: No concerns.
Ron: No concerns.
Keith: No concerns.
3. 10:00 a.m. JOHN CRYER CONSTRUCTION LTD. – SITE PLAN
APPLICATION – 16 WINSTAR ROAD
Mr. Cryer is proposing to construct a 12 m x 25 m commercial
building at 16 Winstar Road, located in the Guthrie Industrial
Park.
Township staff have been circulated and have the following
comments:

Complies with yard setbacks for building.
Requires 6.0 m planting strip along front lot
line to be identified.
Complies with parking standards.

Keith: Indicate 400 x 10 m d/w pipe existing.
D/W to be constructed as per Township
Standard OM-DWY 1 and 2.
Drainage for side lot swales.
