Keith: No concerns. 3. 10:00 a.m. JOHN CRYER CONSTRUCTION LTD. – SITE PLAN APPLICATION – 16 WINSTAR ROAD Mr. Cryer is proposing to construct a 12 m x 25 m commercial building at 16 Winstar Road, located in the Guthrie Industrial Park. Complies with yard setbacks for building. Requires 6.0 m planting strip along front lot line to be identified. Complies with parking standards. Marilyn: No concerns. Ron: No concerns. Jerry: No concerns. Keith: Indicate 400 x 10 m d/w pipe existing. D/W to be constructed as per Township Standard OM-DWY 1 and 2. Drainage for side lot swales.
