It is important to note that this coverage is intended for individuals and small groups that have no ~ 'll
liability policy of their own. When larger organizations and service groups, such as the Rotary Club,
use the Municipal premises they should be providing evidence of insurance coverage, including
liquor liability (if applicable) with a minimum limit of $1 ,000,000 and showing the Township as an
additional insured.

Please also note that all losses incurred over the years have a definite bearing on your insurance
premiums. However, the Lessees Liability policy will absorb the losses associated with the rental of
Municipal owned buildings without affecting your current policy, as it is issued under a separate form
from the Municipal coverage.
