Exception 67 (FD*67) Zone to the Residential Two Exception 158 (R2*158) Zone. The
proposed rezoning is for Phase 1I of the Heights of Horseshoe condominium townhouses.
Planning staff have no objections to the proposed rezoning application. Elementary students
residing in this area of the municipality attend W.R. Best Memorial Public School and
