followed by a moment of contemplation.

a) By-Law No. 2005-057 Being a By-law to Authorize the Execution of a Tax
Arrears Extension Agreement.

Be it resolved that a By-law to Authorize the Execution of a Tax Arrears
Extension Agreement (Roll # 4346-020-010-07501) be introduced and read a
first and second time and numbered By-law No. 2005-057.
Carried.
That By-law No. 2005-057 be read a third time and finally passed, be engrossed
by the Clerk, signed and sealed by the Mayor.

b) By-Law No. 2005-058 A By-Law to Adopt the Estimates of all Amounts
Required During the Year and for Levying the Tax
Rates for the Year 2005.

During the Year and for Levying the Tax Rates for the Year 2005 be introduced
and read a first and second time and numbered By-law No. 2005-058.

by the Clerk, signed and sealed by the Mayor.

Employees) and to Repeal By-law No. 2002-109.

time and numbered By-law No. 2005-056.

by the Clerk, signed and sealed by the Mayor.
