take 2 4 years in future. There are four classifications for these projects.

With Municipal Class Assessment, (E.A. Procedure), 60 day reVIew period, notice of objections, and
probable consent case time, 2 4 years could be taken up before project fruitation.
Government also suggests 1% of cost of project for preparation of impact study report.
