There are four classifications for these projects. Class 1 Class 2 Class 3 Class 4 Exempt Screening Required Environmental assessment Forget it!! & informing public With Municipal Class Assessment, (E.A. Procedure), 60 day reVIew period, notice of objections, and probable consent case time, 2 4 years could be taken up before project fruitation.
