WHEREAS the Cauncil af the Carparatian af the Tawnship af Medante has deemed it expedient to. amend By-Law 1337 as set aut hereafter; NOW THEREFORE the Cauncil af the Carparatian af the Tawnship . af Medante enacts as fallaws: 1.
