THE PLANNING ACT NOTICE OF THE PASSING OF A BY-LAW BY THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MEDONTE TO REGULATE LAND USE PURSUANT TO SECTION 35 OF THE PLANNING ACT TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Medonte, has passed By-Law # 1415 on the 17th day of June, 1981, pursuant to the provisions of Section 35 of The Planning Act. \.. . i" The following Schedules are attached hereto: 1. Schedule 1, being a copy of By-Law # 1415 2. Schedule 2, consisting of the following: (i) An explanation of the purpose and effect of the by-law. (ii) A key-map which shows the location of the lands to which the by-law applies. 3. Schedule 3, being a statement from the Clerk of the Township of Medonte. ANY PERSON INTERESTED MAY, within twenty-one days after the date of the mailing of this notice, file with the Clerk of the Corporation of the Township of Medonte, notice of an objection to the approval of the said By-Law or part thereof together with details of all or that portion of the By-Law to which there is ob- jection and detailed reasons thereof. ANY PERSON wishing to support the application for approval of the By-Law may, within twenty-one days after the date of the mailing of this notice, file with the Clerk of the Corporation of ~~ the Township of Medonte, notice of support of the application for approval of the said By-Law. IF no notice of objection has been filed with the Clerk of the Corporation of the Township of Medonte within the time pro- vided, the By-Law thereupon comes into effect and does not require the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board. . . Page 2 IF a notice of objection has been filed with the Clerk of the Corporation of the Township of Medonte within the time provided, the By-Law shall be submitted to the Ontario Municipal Board and the By-Law does not come into effect until approved by the Ontario Municipal Board. DATED at the Township of Medonte this \ 1981. of of Medonte, 'p.. , , BY-LAW NUMBER 1415 OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MEDONTE AMENDMENT TO BY-LAW 1337, THE ZONING BY-LAW FOR THE TOWNSHIP OF MEDONTE, rezoning as Rl (Residential 1st Density) the land described and outlined in red on Schedule "A" hereto, formerly zoned H (Holding) as designated in Schedule "c" to By-Law 1337, and presently designated as a Seasonal Residential District in the Official Plan for the Township of Medonte. BE IT ENACTED AS A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MEDONTE AS FOLLOWS; 1. THAT Schedule "c" to By-Law 1337, passed the 2nd day ~ of May, 1977, as heretofore amended, is hereby further amended by rezoning as Rl (Residential 1st Density) the land described and outlined in red in Schedule "A" hereto, formerly shown in Schedule "c" to By-Law 1337 aforesaid as H (Holding) and presently designated as a Seasonal Residiential District in the Official Plan for the Township of Medonte. 2 . THAT Schedule "A" attached hereto forms part of this By-Law. 3. THAT this By-Law shall come into force and take effect upon being passed by Council, subject to the provisions of Ontario Regulation 78/80. The property is presently Zoned H (Holding Zone) residence, in line with the use of a number of adjacent . their residence as other than a seasonal residence, being properties, in order that they may be permitted to occupy the designation assigned to this area in the Medonte Offi- cial Plan.
