Arena Banquet Hall
This hall is open for bookings twelve months of the year. Bookings
have increased in the last two years. The hall is busier in the
ice season with meetings, tournament parties, booster club and
Parks and Recreation programs. The summer usage needs to be
increased.
Old Town Hall
This hall is open for bookings twelve months of the year. Through
arrangements with Council, the Fair Board, and Horticultural
Society use this building throughout the year, rent free, in return
for seasonal clean ups.
Parks and Recreation use this facility one day per week from
September to May for children's dance classes.
Private rentals are not many, possibly because the building does
not have kitchen facilities.
*Parks and Recreation staff maintain the arena and the Old Town
Hall buildings and we contract grass cutting and weed control. We
supervise these contracts.

Recreation staff assist in general property maintenance. Each hall
has a maintenance and capital budget and are expected to bring in
