OCTOBER 24, 1991
The Township of Cro History ~ommittee met this evening at the
c~ll of the ~hirrerson at the Township of Oro Administration
Building in the Committee Room. All Members having been duly
notified. The following members were present:

Howard A. Campbell
Walter Hutchinson

Henry Neufeld
Earl Robertson
Neil McNiven
Sandra Shelswell

MINUTES
- The meeting was opened by the Chairperson at 7:35 p.m.
The 1dnutes of the last regular meeting of June 25,
1991, copies of which had been forwarded to all
members, were on motion of Earl Robertson and Neil
McNiven adopted as printed and received. carried

The 1991 ¡roject.
¡resevation of fhctographs -

The ;roposal WaS considered and discussed at great length
and it was suggested that the Slides presented to the Public
Schools in Oro on 'Transportation ana ~gricultural devel-
opment be the first to be put on Video rape. Should this
project ~rove s tisfactory, the same method be used for
other ~ictures and once the lrogram is completed the ~ic-
tures De : laced in the Archival ~olyester Envelo;es for
proper preservation.
Their no further ~USlnes to be entertained this evening
it was moved by Walter H~tchinson that the meeting adjourn
at 9:50 p.m. to meet again on Thursday, Xovember 14, 1991
to continue with the Froject.
