Carried. Motion No.2 Moved by Halfacre, seconded by Caldvell It is recommended that Darlene Shoebridge and the Administrator attend the Seminar in Toronto on May 16, 1986 to review amendments to the Vital Statistics Act. Carried. Motion No.3 Moved by Caldwell, seconded by Halfacre It is recommended that the letter from Peter Walsh be referred to Staff for a report back to Council. Carried. Motion No.4 Moved by Burton, seconded by Swerdon It is recomnended that the 1985 Report from B.J. Fraser, Assessment Commissioner be received and further that Mr. Fraser be invited to a future Coumittee of the Whole Meeting to discuss possible re-assessment Carried. Motion No.5 Moved by Caldwell, seconded by Halfacre It is recommended that two expense statement fOl~E t~ adopted and the Clerk amend By-law 86-9 by adding the expense statements as schedules to the aforementioned by-law. Carried. Motion No.6 .1 ! Moved by SWerdon, seconded by Burton It is recomnended that the one recorder and two transcribers be advertised for sale and further that the Administrator be allowed to lease a DCXlll transcriber and a model 3252 recorder for three years at a cost of $59.29 per month. Carried. Motion No.7 Moved by Halfacre, seconded by Caldwell It is recommended that the Tenders for Garbage Removal be referred to the Administrator for a report back to Council. Carried. Motion No.8 Moved by Burton, seconded by SWerdon It is recommended that the letter from Mrs. Gail Foreman re: signs on the 10th Concession be referred to the Road Supt. for a report back to Council. Carried. - 3 - Motion No.9 Moved by Cadlwell, seconded by Halfacre .. It is recomnended that the letcer from the Ministry of Natural Resources be referred to the Road Supt. and further that he be allowed to attend the seminar if he so wishes. Carried. Motion No. 10 Moved by SWerdon, seconded by Burton 8 It is recommended that the letter from t.he County of Simcoe re: carved signs for Oro Station be received and further l\IT. Renshaw be advised of the County's decision. Carried. Motion No. 11 Moved by Halfacre, seconded by Caldwell It is recommended that the letter from Huronia Ford with regards to the Ford Courier be referred to the Road Supt. for a report back to Council. Carried. Motion No. 12 Moved by Caldwell, seconded by Halfacre It is recomnended that L~e quotation for the 1986 Township Insurance be referred to the Administrator for a report back to Council. Carried. Motion No. 13 Moved by SWerdon, seconded by Burton It is recommended that the letter from Guthrie School Interested Parents Group be referred to the Road Supt. for a report back to Council. Carried. Motion No. 14 ---- Moved by Burton, seconded by SWerdon It is reccmnended that the Administrator correspond with Mr. Doug Lewis, M.P. suggesting that as the Township of Oro is between the Cities of Barrie and Orillia, and if Trillium Cable Canmunications is determined to relocate, the Township would appear to be the most logical place to relocate. Carried. Motion No. 15 Moved by Caldwell, seconded by Halfacre - It is recommended that the Clerk æ1d Reeve be authorized to sign the Orillia Public Library Board 1986 Contract for library services in the amount of $15,760.11.
