It is recommended that the Administrator respond to the County of
Simcoe letter re: County-Wide Fire Dispatch Services stating that
the Township would be interested in such a service. Carried.

It is recommended that Darlene Shoebridge and the Administrator attend
the Seminar in Toronto on May 16, 1986 to review amendments to the
Vital Statistics Act. Carried.

It is recommended that the letter from Peter Walsh be referred to
Staff for a report back to Council. Carried.

It is recomnended that the 1985 Report from B.J. Fraser, Assessment
Commissioner be received and further that Mr. Fraser be invited to
a future Coumittee of the Whole Meeting to discuss possible re-assessment

It is recommended that two expense statement fOl~E t~ adopted and the
Clerk amend By-law 86-9 by adding the expense statements as schedules
to the aforementioned by-law. Carried.

It is recomnended that the one recorder and two transcribers be
advertised for sale and further that the Administrator be allowed
to lease a DCXlll transcriber and a model 3252 recorder for three
years at a cost of $59.29 per month. Carried.

It is recommended that the Tenders for Garbage Removal be referred
to the Administrator for a report back to Council. Carried.

on the 10th Concession be referred to the Road Supt. for a report
back to Council. Carried.

be referred to the Road Supt. and further that he be allowed to
attend the seminar if he so wishes. Carried.

the Ford Courier be referred to the Road Supt. for a report back to
Council. Carried.

be referred to the Administrator for a report back to Council. Carried.

It is reccmnended that the Administrator correspond with Mr. Doug Lewis,
M.P. suggesting that as the Township of Oro is between the Cities of
Barrie and Orillia, and if Trillium Cable Canmunications is determined
to relocate, the Township would appear to be the most logical place
to relocate. Carried.
