to 60 krn/hr in the area of Lots 8, 9 and 10. Carried.

held at the Simcoe County Museum in reference to the 1986-87 New Facility
Capital Program to be outlined by the Ministry of Tourism and

$9,960.00 from ~IT. Wayne C. Simpson, the assessed eviller of the East
Part of Lot 11, Concession 3, Assessment Roll No. 43 46 000 002 047 0000
of L~e TovVI1ship of Oro be accepted, subject to any provisions/guidelines
or restrictions passed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food for
the 1986-87 Tile Drainage year. Carried.

It is recarmended that the Road Superintendent Report on the gates
on the 9th Line be approved and further, the Clerk direct the
Township Solicitor to research the status of the Road Allowance and a
suitable metal sign to be welded to the gate. Carried.

It is recœmended that Susan M. Thompson be hired under the 1.M.A.
Program from April 21,1986 to August 22,1986 at a rate of $210.00
per week. Carried.

It is recomnended that the Township Planner Holly Spacek be permitted
to purchase identification signs to be placed on properties re: consent
and minor variance applications at an approximate cost of $200.00.

It is recanmended that the Insurance for 1986 be placed with Frank
Cowan Insurance Co. with $500.00 deductible on Buildings Equipment
and Licenced Vehicles at a basic price of $48,842.00 with Environmental
Protection as per their submission and further the Clerk prepare
the necessary by-law.
