Motion No.2 Moved by SWerdon, seconded by Burton It is recœrnended that the Agreement presented by the Fire Chief Paul Eenhoorn re: use of emergency van for special events at the Barrie Speedway on Conc. 8 in the ToNnship of Oro be adopted as presented. Carried. Motion No.3 Moved by Halfacre, seconded by Caldwell It is recœmended that the Medical Report presented by the Fire Chief Paul Eenhoorn be adopted for use by the Oro Township' ¡"1.re Department. Carried. Motion No.4 Moved by Halfacre, seconded by Caldwell It is recommended that the Township of Oro support the PMCL request to have the second paragraph deleted from their 1986 Licence as determined at a hearing by the Ontario Highway Transport Board and further, that the Township of Oro indicate their support be sending a copy of this resolution to the office of the Premier at Queen's Park. Carried. Motion No.5 Moved by Burton, seconded by Caldwell It is recœmended that the Report from the Road Superintendent re: No. 86-10 Grass Cutting be received and adopted and further that Mr. Gord McDonald be advised of his successful tender. Burton, seconded by Swerdon It is recomnended that the Corporation of the To\.\ll1ship of Oro support the resolution of the Township of Tiny concerning the preservation of prime agricultural lœ'1d in relation to the location of waste disposal sites and further, tllat a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Minister of l\griculture and Food and to M.P.P. Allan McLean. Carried. Motion No.8 Moved by Burton, seconded by SWerdon It is recorrmended that the report fraIl Holly Spacek, TO\\ll1ship Planner, re: BayféLYTIl Developnent Ltd. I S request for an extension to their Draft Plan of Subdivision be received and adopted, and further that the Clerk correspond with the Developer's Solicitor requesting the Developer and his Solicitor to appear before Council to provide an explanation as to why this Development should be extended. Carried. - 3 - Motion No.9 Moved by Halfacre, seconded by Caldwell It is recommended that the Township of Oro place an ad in the paper regarding a Public Meeting to discuss Official Plan Amendment No. 26 and that the meeting b;e tentatively scheduled for July 21,1986. Carried. Motion No. 10 Moved by Burton, seconded by SWerdon It is recorrrnended that Mr. Harvey J. Boehm be granted an extension to June 18, 1986 and further that the By-law Enforcement Officer inspect the above noted property on June 19, 1986 and report to Council if Mr. Boehm has complied with the order. Carried. Motion No. 11 Moved by Caldwell, seconded by Halfacre It is recorrrnended that the Building Report for the month of May submitted by the Chief Building Official Jim Shellswell be received. Carried. Motion No. 12 M::>ved by Swerdon, seconded by Burton It is recommended that the Day Camp Director and Assistant Day Camp Director be allowed to attend the Supervisor's Leadership Training Workshop put on at Horseshoe Valley on Thursday and Friday, June 19 and 20, 1986. Carried. Motion No. 13 Moved by Swerdon, . seconded by Burton It is recommended that the Clerk correspond with the executive of the Shanty Bay Firefighter's Association to appear before Council to discuss the contents of a letter with regards to the fence on the perimter of the Shanty Bay Ball Park and further that the letter frail Mr. and Mrs . Sanderson and the points contained therein be considered at that time. Carried. Motion No. 14 Moved by Halfacre, seconded by Caldwell It is recommended that the Clerk respond to the letter from the Simcoeside Ratepayers Association and advise the Association to select at least three names in order of preference and submit them to Council and further, that items (b), (c) and (d) be referred to the Road Superintendent for a report back to-Council as soon as possible.
