White, Township Solicitor, prepare the necessary By-law and any other related documents necessary to proceed with the disposal of the following property: Roll No. 5-170, Lot 7, Plan 765 and (2) D.S. White contact abutting owners and offer Lot 7 for sale for a price of $11,500.00. Carried. Motion No.2 Moved by Burton, seconded by Swerdon It is recornœnded that (1) D.S. White, Township Solicitor, prepare documents necessary to proceed with the disposal of the following property: Roll No. 5-151, Lot 28, Plan 765 and further the Township will inspect Lot 28. Carried. White, Township Solicitor, prepare the necessary By-law and any other related documents necessary to proceed with the disposal of the following property: Roll No. 5-301-01, Block A, Plan 1310. White, Township Solicitor, prepare the necessary By-law and any other related documents ræcessary to proceed wi th the disposal of the following property: Road Allowance between Concessions 13 and 14. Carried. Motion No.7 Moved by Caldwell, seconded by Burton It is recornœnded that D.S. White, Township Solicitor, prepare the necessary By-law and any other related documents necessary to proceed with the disposal of the following property: Roll No. 1-104, WPT Lot 37, Concession 1. Carried. Motion No.8 Moved by Caldwell, seconded by Burton It is recomnended that letter from Mr. Bruce McCleave re: the purchase of a of the Promenade (Plan 626) be received and further the Clerk advise Mr. & Mrs. McCleave that the Township is not in a position to sell any portion of the Pranenade. Carried. - 3 - Motion No.9 Moved by Burton, seconded by Swerdon It is recornnended that the report of the Live Stock Valuer Ernest Bidwell for livestock killed and damaged, owned by Sally Kawecki at an estimated value of $80.00 be received and the Treasurer be authorized to issue a cheque to Sally Kawecki in the amount of $80.00. Carried. Motion No. 10 Moved by Burton, seconded by Swerdon It is recœmended that the letter from J. Stollar Construction Ltd. re: drainage part of Lots 5 and 6, Concession 1, be referred to the Township Engineer Ron Robinson of Ainley & Associates for a report back to Council. Carried. Motion No. 11 Moved by Burton, seconded by SWerdon It is recommended that the Township will aSSUITe costs to prepare Election material for the Administrator/Clerk to be a candidate for the A.M.O. Board of Directors, to a maximum of $200.00. Carried. Motion No. 12 Moved by Burtcn, seconded by Swerdon It is recomnended that the July 1986 monthly report of Fire Chief Paul Eenhoorn be received. Carried. Motion No. 13 Moved by Caldwell, seconded by Burton It is recœmended that the letter from Mr. J.R. Wesley re: construction on Lakeshore Road and the 12th and 13th Sideroad be referred to Fred Haughton for a report back to Council. Carried. Motion No. 14 Moved by Cal dwell, seconded by SWerdon It is recomnended that the report from Road Supt. re: Mr. Evans property and the renaming of Cashway Road be received and further Council agree to the proposed street nal1le change following a submission fran the effected owners or tenants. Carried. Motion No. 15 Moved by Caldwell, seconded by Burton It is recommended that the Township of Oro as a member of the Industrial Park Development Cœmittee cont.ribute the sum of $3,000.00 as its share of the Consultant's costs to study various industrial sites in the Orillia area.
