Mr. Tan Chillman addressed Council with regards to the Ontario Provincial Police towing away vehicles which were parked on County Road 27, while ice fishing on the weekend of January 30 - February 1, 1987. Mr. Chillman's specific request to Council was that they request the County to properly sign the County Road, and he suggested that signs with a white background 'WOuld be very hard for motorists to observe in Winter conditions. Carried. seconded by Burton it resolved that the Administrator/Clerk proceed with the Sale of Trees on Lot , Concession 1, as outlined in the correspondence from the Ministry of Natural sources dated January 27, 1987. Carried. seconded by Halfacre it resolved that the Administrator/Clerk correspond with Mr. & Mrs. Roy Hastings knowledging their correspondence. Carried. seconded by Caldwell it resolved that the Administrator/Clerk be allowed to join the Canadian sociation of Municipal Administrators. Carried. Reeve Robert E. Drury directed the Administrator/Clerk to note, that Robert SWerdon had voted against Resolution No. 18. seconded by Swerdon it resolved that the correspondence fran the Orillia Public Library concerning e 1987 Contract be referred to the Special Council Meeting to be held Tuesday, ruary 17, 1987. Carried. seconded by Caldwell it resolved that the correspondence fran the Indian Park Association concerning e Water System at Sugarbush in Phases I and II be referred to the Township licitor, David S.
