his Report for a request to the Ministry of Transportation
and Carmunications for 1987 Supplerrentary Funds.
Mr. Dan Wilson, Animal Control Officer in Essa Township
spoke to Council in relation to Animal Control Procedures.

Roads Superintendent, Fred Haughton re: 1987 Supplerrentary Budget
Administrator/Clerk, Robert W. Small presented correspondence previously
received by Council concerning the 1987 Contract with the Barrie and Orillia
Library Boards
Administrator/Clerk, Robert W. Small Report dated December 29, 1986, with
regards to Animal Control was presented for further discussion
Reeve Robert E. Drury left the Meeting at 1:50 p.m. because of a prior
conrnitrrent and Deputy Reeve Thelma Halfacre assumed the Chair.

it resolved that the Administrator/Clerk and Roads Superintendent petition the
nistry of Transportation and Carmunications for 1987 Supplerrentary Funds in the
unt of $46,000.00 for construction and $51,500.00 for Equipment. Carried.

it resolved that the Adminsitrator/Clerk advertise and interview for a By-law
forcerrent - Animal Control Officer and further, that he prepare the necessary

it resolved that the Township of Oro offer the City of Orillia Library Board
17,336.12 for 1987 Library Services, which is a 10% increase over the 1986
ntract, and further, the above figure is not negotiable, and that a list of
