Mr. Martin Sernas addressed the Cœrni ttee concerning
the proposed Draft Plan Approval of Phase III of
the Sugarbush Subdivision.

Mr. Roy K. Hastings questioned the plans Council had
for the road access to the soccer field adjacent
to his property.

Mr. W.R. Salter, Architect, spoke to the Carmittee
with regards to the status of his contract with
the Municipality as well as the working drawings
for the new municipal building.

Mr. Doug Skelton of Skelton, Brumwell & Associates Inc.
spoke to the Carmittee with regards to a proposed
ind(X)rs equestrian facility. Also present were
Mr. Gary Bell, Planner with Skelton, Brumwell &
Associates, Mr. Ron Watkin, Township Planning
Consultant with Ainley & Associates, Mr. David White,
Township Solicitor, Ms. Holly Spacek, Township
Planner, Mr. A. Ucci, the proponent of the project.

between Lots 20 and 21, Concession 14, Township of Oro, be referred to
Township Solicitor David S. White for a report back to Council. Carried.
