Disclosure and Declaration of Conflict of Interest
Councillor David Caldwell declared a Conflict of Interest with Item 3(b):
the nature of his conflict is that he is the owner of a business named
in a Report under Item 3(b) and would receive financial benefit if the
above named Report is adopted by the Ccmni ttee.

to the Ccmni ttee with regards to sna.-.r plONing
Oro Memorial Park and Shelswell Park to permit
parking for ice fishermen.

Mr. Paul Eenhoom, Fire Chief, reported to the
Ccmnittee of Item 3(a) of the Agenda, narœly the
issuance of a temporary permit for a mobile
trailer on lot 6, Concession 11.

Mr. Merv Walt, owner of Shanty Bay Auto Wreckers
spoke to the Ccmni ttee with regards to a Site
Plan Agreement between the Township of Oro and
his firm, Shanty Bay Auto Wreckers.

the hiring of a private contractor to clear snow fran Oro Merrorial Park
and Shelswell Park and report back to Council. Carried.

It is recarmended that the Report fran Assistant Building Inspector Paul
Eenhoorn concerning the temporary permit for a house trailer on Lot 6,
Concession 11, be received and further that the Township Planner prepare
an Agreement for Mr. Bennett that would conform to Township Policy and
insure that the trailer is removed once his house is rebuilt, and further
recornnend in the future a rre.rro be sent to the Administrator and Council
when a permit is being issued for canpassionate reasons. Carried.

sign the application for JEPP Funding in order to purchase a cellular
telephone for the Emergency Operations Centre. Carried.

concerning the Site Plan Agreement between the Corporation of the Township
of Oro and Shanty Bay Auto Wreckers be received and further that Mr. Merv
Wal t agree in writing to canpl y with all of the conditions of the
Site Plan Agreement prior to July 31, 1988: failure to do so will result
in the Township initiating legal action. Carried.

proposed subdivision.
