Drury chaired the meeting. 1 DISCLOSURE AND DECLARATION OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST None declared. 2 DEPUTATIONS ( ) 7:00 p.m. Treasurer Henry Sander spoke to the Committee with regards to his report on Township banking services. ( ) 8:30 p.m. Mr. Venner Lambert representing various members of the Big Cedar Board of Directors addressed the Committee on the following issues: ( 1 ) the 13th Concession located adjacent to Bass Lake with regards to having it graded and the garbage removed on a regular basis: Big Cedar requested permission to build a boardwalk from the cleared area at the end of the 13th to a beach located on their property (plans are to be submitted by Big Cedar prior to any approval being given) : ( 2 ) ( 3 ) an area between the 12th and 13th Concessic In on the Bass Lake Sideroad and the possibillt of having this section of road reconstructE~: ( 4 ) a petition was then presented requesting a paved road from the junction of Highway No. 11 and the 11th Line to the Edgar/ Rugby Road. OTHER BUSINESS (a) The Committee decided they would meet on Monday, September 19, 1988 at 6:00 p.m. to do a site inspection for proposed work on a portion of Shelswell Park. I otion No.5 r - 3 - oved by Caldwell, seconded by Swerdon t is recommended that the Administrator/Clerk advise Ontario ydro that the Corporation of the Township of Oro's policy oncerning the payment of all maintenance and energy costs for treet lights will be as follows: all existing subdivision evelopments be requested to forward a letter of credit to he Township the amount of which shall be determined by Ontario ¡ i,YdrO and the Township of Oro and further any future Subdivision greements shall have a clause inserted to include a Letter of redit payable to the Township to pay all future energy and i'aintenance costs for street lights until assumed by the Township nd further this amount is to be determined by Ontario Hydro nd the Township.
