THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MEOONTE
Minutes of a Special Meeting of Council held under Section 34 of the Planning
Act on January 30/92 at 1: 00 P.M. in Council Chambers, Moonstone.

Reeve Beard called the meeting to order at 1:00 P.M.

,!,he Clerk advised those in attendance that the meeting was called to consider
the rezoning of a lot being createdby severance, pt Lot 13 Con 11 from Rural
(RUP; to Rural Residential (R3). He also advised that notice of the meeting was
given in accordance with the Planning Act by publishing in the January 9/92
issue of the Coldwater Canadian as well as mailing notice to 18 property owners
in the area as well as to the required Government Ministries and Agencies. He
advised that no written corrments had been received.
Ms. Barb Marshall, TOWIlE2hip_J2lanni.ng:_Consultant presented her planning report on
the severance outlining the Township Official Plan Policies. She then presented
a proposed rezoning By-law which would rezone both the parcel of land being
created as well as the retained parcel. She advised that Mr. Whiston should be
contacted to establish the exact amount of land in the retained parcel.

@eve Beard advised those in ~i~ce. that the By-law would be dealt with at
Council's meeting on February 10/92 and requested any written corrments by that
date.
