Minutes of a Regular Meeting of Council of the Township of Medonte held on March 12,
1990 at 1:00 P.M. in Council Chambers, Moonstone.

ADOPTION OF MINUTE$.

" That the minutes of a Regular Meeting of Council of the Township of Medonte held
on February 26, 1990 be adopted as printed and circulated".

~.QiLl!l~t"~Ylith Mr. R. Raymond & Mrs. M. L. Kirby who presented a revised Official
Plan Amendment for the Richardson Gravel Pit. The Clerk advised Council that he had
notified those requesting notice that the amendment would be dealt with at 1: 00 P.M.
Council asked that the operator, Seeley & Arnill do whatever rehabilitation they could.

held May 6 to May 9, 1990 in Guelph".

her neighbours property. She advised Council they were concerned that the clean up
agreement between Dorr-Dliver and Mr. Van Andel and the Ministry of the Environment
was not sufficient to clean the property. Mr. Van Andel advised that all materials
were being removed fran the site and that he hoped it would be done by the end of the
week. Mrs. Brown asked that Council oversee the cleanup to ensure it is properly done
by March 30, 1990 and requested they charge Mr. Van Andel under By-Law 89-06.

parking of cars on a commercial property, Corner of Mill Street and Highway 93.

all aspects of waste management effective January 23, 1990. Council directed the
Clerk prepare the necessary By-Law to repeal the By-Law setting up a waste site
Capital Bank Account. Council also expressed concern over the lack of information
and how the County assumption would affect their 1990 Budget.

with representatives of the County of Simcoe to discuss Waste Management".

piece of land which is presently a walkway to parkland behind his house. Council
directed the Clerk advise him they are not in a position to dispose of the walkway
until a proposal for development on the neighbouring lands is finalized.
