The Clerk advised Council that he had notified those requesting notice that the amendment would be dealt with at 1: 00 P.M. Council asked that the operator, Seeley & Arnill do whatever rehabilitation they could. She advised Council they were concerned that the clean up agreement between Dorr-Dliver and Mr. Van Andel and the Ministry of the Environment was not sufficient to clean the property. Mr. Van Andel advised that all materials were being removed fran the site and that he hoped it would be done by the end of the week. Mrs. Brown asked that Council oversee the cleanup to ensure it is properly done by March 30, 1990 and requested they charge Mr. Van Andel under By-Law 89-06. Council directed the Clerk prepare the necessary By-Law to repeal the By-Law setting up a waste site Capital Bank Account.
