Minutes of a Regular Meeting of Council of the Township of Medonte held on Monday
August 13, 1990 at 7: 00 P.M. in Council Chambers, Moonstone.

stop work order can be lifted. Council directed the Clerk have the matter reviewed
by the Township Planner and arrange a meeting.

Resolution 90-184 was deafeated as follows:
" That Council approves of Mr. & Mrs. Gordon, pt Lot 61, Con 2 proceeding with an
Official Plan Amendment fran Rural to Recreational Commercial".

proposal and advised Council that they would make changes if required. Council advised
Mr. & Mrs. Gordon that they would arrange a meeting to further discuss their proposal.

Council met with Mr. P. Smith & Mr. R. Turnbull to discuss the servicing of Robin Crest
Subdivision. -.Mr~threp;;rted that the lot grading was proceeding but at the present
rate would not be canplete for 6 to 8 weeks. He advised that contractor would have
to increase his effort. Mr. Turnbull advised he had retained the firm of Arnley &
Associates and a landscape contractor and that the lot grading and drainage would be
complete by September 15 and that the roads would be canplete by September 28.

Township of Tay which requests the Provincial Auditor carry out a Comprehensive

" That Council approves of Residents of the first concession of Medonte being
allowed to connect to the main constructed along the first concession in the
Police Village of Hillsdale subject to payment of connection fee as required
by the Police Village and subject to all connections being approved by the
Township Roads Superintendent".
