Minutes of a Regular Meeting of Cow1cil of the 'rownship of Medonte held on
Sept6riber 10, 1990 at 7:00 P.M. in Council Chmribers, Moonstone.

" That the Minutes of a Regular Meeting of Council held on August 27, 1990 and
the minutes of Special Meetings held on August 28, August 30 and September 5,
1990 be adopted as printed and circulated".

Council met with Mr. G. Ball, Township Roads Superintendent and discussed various
roads matters.

" That a By-law to amend the Township's Interim Control By-law be considered
read a first and second time, read a third time and passed this 10th Day
of September, 1990 and numbered By-law 1990-28".
1) Resolution 90-205 was Pi::l.esE.?c1 as follows:
" That Council authorized Reid and Associates arrange for the necessary work
on the Medonte Hills Water System to reduce the pressure to Snowshoe Trail".

" That Council approves of the release of the lands of Gelleny Construction,
part of lot 12, Con 8, fran the teTITIS of a Subdivision Agre6nent registered
on the lands in February, 1981 as Instrument #34087 in error".

" That Council authorizes Mr. James Shellswell attend the Ontario Plmnbing
Officials Training Conference to be held in Hamilton fran September 16 - 19".

with a rezoning of part of his property to allow for the construction of a
bakery" .

Nottawasaga Conservation Authority to leave the authority as is".

" That Council authorizes the Clerk proceed with the land purchase fran
Wardman" .

a notice to the residents of the Township in the local
papers regard to County Waste Management and County Restructuring. Council
also directed the Clerk write to Premier Elect Bob Rae, and M.P.P. Alan McLean
and request that the Province put the issue of restructuring North Simcoe on hold.
Council reviewed a report from the Township of Orillia on Restructuring.

of Orillia under date of August 31, 1990 which requests the Simcoe County Study
Committee defer any discussion of the re-alignment of area Municipal Boundaries
until more information and public input is received".

pt Lot 1, Con 10. Council advised that a severance was not available at this time
but that a rezoning could be done to allow a 2nd Dwelling.
